Overview

Reporting to the VP of Content, you’ll be tasked with working very closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure demand programs are scoped out effectively. You’ll be working closely with the Marketing Operations team to ensure that programs are successfully delivered in a timely manner.

 

This role is made for a hungry, creative marketer who thrives from running successful campaigns in a fast-paced environment, and challenges himself/herself to obtain increased results next time. You’ll also be working directly on the front lines with sales to plan successful campaigns for our clients.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Scoping out all demand gen campaigns pre-sales.
  • Working directly with our vendors and internal teams to get accurate lead counts and delivery deadlines.
  • Keeping opportunities up-to-date in Salesforce and track opportunities as they close. When contracts come in, your job will be to feed them to the Marketing Ops team for delivery.
  • Act as a team player and he/she must be very organized. You will be in frequent communication with sales, marketing ops, project managers, and other stakeholders involved with delivering programs on time for clients.
  • Manage all content syndication programs. This is done through partner relationships with current and ongoing programs. You will also be tasked with finding new partners.
  • Work with sales team to provide quotes and estimates for demand gen campaigns.
  • Provide sales with the tools they need to help them sell more demand campaigns.
  • Identify and work with outside vendors to help source more demand partners.
  • Strategizing around new and creative ways to sell our demand product.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced, “get it done yesterday,” environment.
  • Stellar communication skills. This person will need to communicate clearly and concisely externally and internally throughout the company, including sales, the production team, the project management team, and the management leadership team.
  • Enjoys sales and the drive to bring more deals in the door
  • Skilled at email and digital marketing; up-to-date on all email best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong background using marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. Solid project management skills, deadline oriented, and a "get it done" attitude. Very organized.
  • Team player with strong cross-functional leadership skills
